1. What you get

A personal, non-transferable licence to use Study desk, an independent study aid with original flashcards, practice questions, notes and tools. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any university or school, and it contains no official course documents.

2. One person, one key

Your key and account are for you only. You may not share your login, give your key or account to anyone, resell, copy, scrape, screenshot-and-distribute, or publish the content. Each key works on one computer and one phone; new devices must be approved by the seller. Content is protected by a per-account mark so leaks can be traced to the account.

3. Suspension

Signing in from several devices at the same time, repeated device changes or any sharing may lock or revoke your key without refund. Revocation takes effect immediately.

4. Study aid only

The material is for revision. It may contain mistakes and does not guarantee any exam result. Check it against your own course material. You are responsible for following your own institution's rules on study resources and academic integrity.

5. Your data

We store your email, a hashed password, your device list, sign-in times and IP addresses (for security) and your study progress (answers, notes, schedule). We do not sell it or share it with third parties. Ask xoduss.pm@gmail.com at any time for a copy or to have everything deleted.

6. Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of activation if no more than 2 chapters were opened.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the price you paid.
