What we keep

• Account: your email address and a hashed password (we cannot read it).
• Security log: sign-in times, IP addresses and device type, used only to protect your key against sharing and abuse.
• Study data: your answers, flashcard progress, notes, chosen exam dates and settings, so they follow you between your approved devices.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, show advertising, or share it with anyone for marketing. There are no analytics or tracking scripts in the app.

Cookies and browser storage

Two cookies keep you signed in and recognise your approved device. Your browser also stores small settings (theme, last view) on your own device. Nothing else is stored, and none of it is used for tracking.

Marks in the material

Flashcard answers, explanations and model answers carry an invisible, account-specific mark. If material is copied and published, the mark shows which account it came from. It is not visible and does not change the text you read.

Who processes the data

• Hetzner Online GmbH: hosting. The server is in Germany (Nuremberg).
• Porkbun: registration of the domain name. It does not receive your data.
• Fonts and the formula renderer are loaded from public content delivery networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs), which see your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep it

While your key is active, and for up to 12 months after it expires. Security log entries are kept for up to 12 months. Backups are kept for 14 days and then overwritten.

Your rights

You can ask xoduss.pm@gmail.com at any time to see, export, correct or erase your data. Erasing your account removes your login, devices and study data; your key cannot be used again afterwards. You can change your password yourself with the Password button in the app.
